You're actually not Stressed

It's the act of worrying about past and/or future that is causing the stress.

As soon as we meet the worry and discomfort with compassion and understanding, it begins to neutralize and soften.

The Universe, God, your soul, Darwin, Seinfeld, Oprah, whatever you believe, is not going to let you not accept yourself just as you are in the moment. You've got to love yourself no matter what, its the only way to begin to free from suffering.
